The S4 has a 5.0 inch screen, Super AMOLED capacitive touchscreen. Has a 13Mp camera with LED flash and a 2MP front camera. The s4 has 17hr talk time. 
Now the Iphone 5s. The 5s has a 4.0 inch screen powered by 1.3 GHz processor. Has a 8MP back camera with LED flash and a 1.2MP front camera. The 5s has 10hr talk time. 
The Galaxy s4 has a bigger screen, better camera and longer lasting battery than the Iphone 5s. It all depends on what you need it for. Which one do You Prefer?
